What is the 10+2 TES? #
The 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme lets unmarried male candidates join the Indian Army as officers immediately after Class 12 with PCM. After 5 years of training (1 year basic + 3 years B.Tech at CME Pune / MCEME Secunderabad / MCTE Mhow + 1 year practical), you commission as a Lieutenant — same rank as IIT graduates entering through TGC.

- Qualification: 10+2 with PCM, min 60% aggregate
- JEE Main: Score required for shortlisting (cutoffs released yearly)
