Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrolment within 7 calendar days of payment and receive a full refund, provided you have attended no more than 2 live sessions and have not downloaded more than 25% of the program material.

After the cooling-off period, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis as follows:

• Within 30 days of start date: 50% refund of fees paid.
• 30–60 days from start date: 25% refund of fees paid.
• After 60 days: No refund. You may transfer your enrolment to a future cohort within 12 months, subject to availability.

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Registration and assessment fees.
• Printed material, kits, or merchandise that has been delivered.
• Discounted or scholarship-based enrolments (refunds limited to net amount paid).
• Add-on services already consumed (mock interviews, 1:1 mentoring sessions).

If we cancel a program before it starts due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to transfer to another program of equivalent value.

Send a written request to accounts@scfeacademy.com with:

• Your full name and registered email/phone.
• Program name and enrolment date.
• Reason for cancellation.
• Original payment receipt or transaction ID.

Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method. Banking timelines may add another 3–7 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate to grievance@scfeacademy.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 21 working days.

This policy may be updated periodically. The version applicable to your enrolment is the one in force on the date of payment.
