Terms of Service

Saradhi Centre for Excellence ("SCFE Academy", "we", "our", "us") is operated by the Educational and Charitable Trust of Saradhi Kuwait. We deliver coaching, training, mentorship, and skill development programs for defence services aspirants and professionals.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our website and at least 16 years old (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian) to enrol in any paid program. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Program fees, schedules, and inclusions are listed at the time of enrolment. Successful enrolment is confirmed only after payment is received and verified. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials, recordings, or course material with third parties.
• Reproduce, resell, or distribute any SCFE Academy content without written consent.
• Disrupt classes, harass faculty or peers, or violate applicable laws.
• Attempt to access non-public areas of our systems or admin tools.

All course material, recordings, branding, study notes, mock tests, and assessment frameworks are the exclusive property of SCFE Academy. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use them solely for your personal learning during your active enrolment.

We strive to deliver high-quality coaching but do not guarantee selection in any exam, interview, or recruitment process. Outcomes depend on individual effort, eligibility, and decisions made by the relevant selection authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCFE Academy's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any program will not exceed the fees paid by you for that program in the preceding twelve months.

We may suspend or terminate your access to programs and services if you breach these Terms, engage in misconduct, or for any unlawful activity. Refunds in such cases are governed by our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Cherthala, Kerala.
