Eight years ago, SCFE was born from the vision of a passionate group within Saradhi Kuwait — a dream to step meaningfully into the world of education and transform it into a pathway for social upliftment. What began as an idea soon evolved into a mission: to make quality education accessible and to guide every learner towards a secure, successful career.

From a coaching centre to a national success story #

Starting as a coaching centre for the Uniformed Services, SCFE quickly became a beacon of hope for job aspirants. Today, we proudly celebrate over 500 successful placements, including more than 20 candidates who achieved coveted Officer ranks, equivalent to IAS and IPS positions — an achievement that reflects our commitment and excellence.

As our impact grew, so did our vision. SCFE expanded into MNS Coaching, Life Skills Development, Language Training, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Cyber Security, and many more areas — ensuring learners gain the knowledge and confidence that modern careers demand.
