Director’s Message
Lack of awareness among school children in their formative years of education about their future career opportunities coupled with lack of career guidance at the right age and also the non availability of infra structural facilities for soft skill development are the primary reasons for the poor performance of youth of Kerala in national level competitive examinations and interviews especially for induction into Armed Forces, Para Military Forces and other Uniformed Services in India. Uniformed Services account for the major share of Government jobs which are highly attractive for the job aspirants because of its balance combination of social status, stability of service, post retirement benefits and job satisfaction.
Saradhi Centre For Excellence ( SCFE) is a unique Coaching Institution which undertakes free career guidance programme for the students fraternity , provides coaching facilities for National /State level Entrance Examinations , imparts Physical Training for the candidates and conducts grooming and mentoring sessions for their inclusive development in soft skills. This comprehensive coaching programme is undertaken by our distinguished panel of experts using the state of the art audio-visual aids and modern infra structural facilities.
I firmly believe that the requisite traits, techniques and leadership qualities can be inculcated in the personality of students through scientifically designed motivational tools , guidance and training . Chairman’s Message
Saradhi Kuwait (a leading ‘Socio Cultural Association of Indians’ in Kuwait) undertakes charitable and educational activities in India through the ‘Educational & Charitable Trust of Saradhi Kuwait’ established in Kerala. Saradhi Center for Excellence (“SCFE”) is the first ever educational institution of the Trust – in pursuit of the Great Sree Narayana Gurudevan’s Vision on Education- promoted by Saradhi Kuwait.
SCFE is a unique coaching facility tailor made for candidates preparing to compete for selection in the Armed Forces. SCFE is fully equipped with the required infrastructural facilities and professional experts, specialized in the coaching for Armed Forces officers selection process. SCFE aims to facilitate proper grooming, coaching and training for the competing candidates at affordable cost, to pursue their dream of a distinguished career in Indian Armed Forces.
SCFE is also proud of its National Mission to provide opportunities to persuade the economically backward, underprivileged local talent, especially from the rural belt, to join our Armed Forces. Our courses are specially focused and our training modules are meticulously designed and customized to meet the unique requirements and the challenges faced by candidates in the selection process for Commissioned Officers (Class I Gazetted Officers) cadre in the Defence Services such as NDA, CDSE, AFCAT etc. & MNS as well as in the Paramilitary Forces.
SCFE has special coaching programs that include regular physical training sessions and academic classes (preparation for written tests), tailor made for candidates aspiring to compete in ‘Recruitment Rallies’ for selection to Other Ranks in the Armed Forces as well as in the Paramilitary Forces.
SCFE facilitates services of experienced professional experts to provide excellent grooming sessions of national standards, at affordable cost. The appreciation received from the successful candidates, their parents, vising high ranking Defence Service Officers (both retired and serving), including high ranking NCC Officers who visited SCFE facilities and the grooming process, stand testimony to the excellent services of SCFE, its dedicated team, facilities and the uncompromising standards of coaching and grooming provided in SCFE.
